strat78 101 Guru Join Date: Mar 2004 Posts: 2,370	Early Ed copies Just finished this little beast. The wood is hard ash the sound is clear and snapy with a full sharp bite. It is basically the exact guitar from VH1 album cover (minus the paint job). Note the brass bridge with the "tear-drop" saddles. -the bridge is 25 years old, and it was on my first Ed copy guitar back in early 79 (check out next photo).
