Mondola\'s Guitar Gear

Okay, I've been waiting until my new toy came back until I took some pictures of all of my gear. I had this custom paint job done on it. I don't think that you guys will like it though...

You should have seen the look on Jen's face. Well, she blatantly said, "You sad Bastard ! Do you want me to pose on the sofa in the background ?"

I know that you guys would have loved this addition, but I really didn't think that it would be necessary. There is enough eye candy there already...

I have really got to remember that when I move something out of the way, that I should really move it onto a sofa that is not going to be in the picture ! D'oh !

Well, it's my Ibanez RG470 that I fell in love with when I saw it, and even more so when I played her. She was a present from my psycho ex-girlfriend who then got jealous of her and stamped on the neck to break it. I only discovered this after we had broken up since she always banned me from playing it cuz she was jealous of the attention I gave to it. The neck has since been replaced, as has the girlfrind ! There's my Peavey Wolfgang Special Flametop that I bought with redundancy money. As soon as the cheque cleared, I raced down to the guitar shop, played numerous guitars in the shop (Ibanez Sabers, Wolfgang Standards, Fenders, Axis'), and this was my favourite, so she came home with me.

Then there's my Kramer 1984 reissue. I think it was Onrib that had built a guitar using Greg Rogers guitar parts. I found out that it would be cheaper and easier to buy one from MusicYo.com and then get someone over here to do the paint job. It's taken a while, but it has been worth the wait...

Pedals :

A ZOOM 2020 Multi effects, Zoom 505 II, MXR Phase 90, and a DOD Thrashmaster FX59 (to this day I have no idea where it came from).

Amplifier is my Marshall VS15R Valvestate. 15 watts, but it is load enough for me...
