Thanks for the comments guys! I have 3 variaxes because two are for transplants - if I ever get around to it. I have parts to build a Tele with a nice birdseye maple neck and I'm building a neck-thru one with my custom headstock. Neck & headstock are done, but I'm still deciding on the body shape.
