My new rig.

Well, after 39 years walking this earth, I finally sprung for something I have always dreamed of owning...a full Marshall stack. [img]images/smilies/woot.gif[/img]

Going top to bottom is a 50 watt Marshall 1987X Plexi Reissue, 1960ac slant cabinet (loaded with 25 watt Celestion Greenbacks), 1960bc straight cabinet (also loaded with Greenbacks). Pictured on the right, sitting on the 5150 combo, is a THD Hotplate which is absolutely neccessary for playing that Marshall without blowing out the windows of my house.

I used to own an old JCM 800 half stack in the 80's. Dude, enjoy that. I would sleep with it in bed if I owned it...the wife can have the guest room.

Thanks, guys - really enjoying the rig! I am lucky enough to have a wife that's very cool and supportive about me cluttering up the house with gear (well, one room actually). Of course, perhaps she figures that it's better for me to get gear so I don't think about getting a Corvette and a 19-year old grilfriend.
