My SRV NO.1 REPLICA


This was my first atempt at doing a replica,ive also done a Lenny and i'm currently doing a Charley.Tell me what you think (be honest,i can take it,lol!)

Thanks Brady.

I wouldve liked to have used a nitro body but couldnt afford one,so poly it had to be....but to be honest soundwise,cos of the amount of finish i removed,i dont think it would have made much difference if it had been a nitro,lol!

Did you take the fender SRV signature Stratocaster as a base? because of the signature on the headstock!
How does it play/sound?

Well,no i didnt take the fender srv as a base.....i got all the parts one by one(took me months to get them all),the neck is off an srv tho......as this was like a tribute guitar i decided to leave Stevie's signature on it.
It sounds great,it has a lovely tone to it.
Im thinking about re-doing the body,maybe in nitro,i think i could get the wear looking more realistic with that.
