Re: My Wolf Standard with a Floyd Speedloader...

Does it improve the tone, or is it mostly for convenience?

Hey, am I to assume that the strings are automatically in tune as soon as you put them in ?

Or am I being a bit stupid here ?

Cuz if you haven't got tuners, how do you tune them ?

Naturally, I'm very interested if there's no tuning involved cuz I am so crap at it !!!

Anyway, it looks weird. I don't think I like no tuning pegs, but if you no longer have to tune !!!

Re: My Wolf Standard with a Floyd Speedloader...

The only necessary tuning is with the fine tuners. The strings are cut to within .002 of an inch. So, slap them in and fine tune it up. The tone is more resonant in my opinion because there's no more metal in the headstock. You can really notice more resonance when it's unplugged.

Convenient and unique. I have 2 wolf standards and I wanted them to be a little different.
