Re: Wolfgang Custom
WOW AXE,
That is one NICE wolf. I think that is Tigereye, but that picture of the back of the neck really got my attention. That neck was hand selected to have that many birdseyes. My has about half that many.
Nice purchase!

Re: Wolfgang Custom
Another question...is that d-tuna gold also?
I have always been a bit concerned about getting gold hardware becasue it shows wear so fast on a LP.
Does your show and signs of flaking off?
What does that say at the top of the headstock?

Re: Wolfgang Custom
dont have it yet...won it today......i understand your opinions on gold especially after a long time but i assume that peavey is using only the best for these custom's...and yes ..the tuna looks gold to me...this is an a xe you wipe after each use...you sweat is the worst for gold plating....ever see what happens to some les paul black beauty's.....its like someone poured acid on it....only time will tell...and care!

Re: Wolfgang Custom
I have seen LP BB's and even the ZW models at over $4K..and they show wear fast. I would expect Peavey to have the problem solved.
And everyone please....DO NOT POST ANY MORE CUSTOM WOLF pictures on this website......it's only going to make me sell my standard and get a custom one.
