Remember, play it real slow first, making sure that your fingers get used to the new shape.
Use of a metronome is strongly advised.
Play the 15th fret on the A string (C), the 14th fret on the D string (E), the 12th fret on the G string (G), the 13th fret on the B string (C), and the 12th fret on the high e string (E) all with downstrokes.
Then play the 15th fret on the high e string (G) with an upstroke, and pull off from the 15th fret on the high e string (G) to the 12th fret on the high e string (E).
Then play the 13th fret on the B string (C), the 12th fret on the G string (G), and the 14th fret on the D string (E) all with up strokes.
Finally, play the 15th fret on the A string (C) using a down stroke to start the shape once again.
Try to keep your fingers as close to the strings as possible, maintaining the shape as closely as you can.
Start this shape on the 10th fret on the A string for a G Major Arpeggio, and at the 8th fret on the A string for an F major Arpeggio.
Also, it'll make you stretch a little more...
