Exercise for left hand finger dexterity - (keepin the fingers down)
Hey guys ...
Jus posted a new video in my website for building strength , flexibility and dexterity in the fingers ..
basically an
exercise
to keep ur fingers down while playin
Pretty simple stuff ... but also pretty effective ...

i'm considering to make this a part of a 10 min warm up video ...
