Hubert Sumlin
I just recieved a really kick ass instructional video the other day. "The Blues Guitar of Hubert Sumlin" by Homespun Video. If your into Blues I would recomend this just for the entertainment value. I have never had a chance to see the great Howlin Wolf and didnt realize how good Hubert is until I seen him on this video.
theres an awful lot of great music and fun going on here. They record this thing in Levon Helms studio in which he is also the drummer. Jimmy Vivino and Hubert himself are on guitar, and David Johanson fits in real nice with vocals to provide a real deep voice for that Howlin feel.
Although It is a little advanced for me as a guitar player I feel my cash was well spent.
