mean street intro
I thought I'd give this a shot for my first post. Sorry about the sound quality, I had to record this in a very crude way.
Mean street intro
This is a one bar syncopated pattern of 16th notes.
The first 2 beats are identical, then on beat 3 it gets turned around.
I have included an example where I play it slow and up to speed.
i- right hand index finger taps E and B strings together at 12th fret
x-left hand muted slap at 3rd fret
t- right hand thumb slap at 12th fret (ala funk bass style)
i-x-t-x i-x-t-x t-i-x-t x-i-x-t

Re: mean street intro
Thanx Axeshredder! I edited my post to fix the legend, and it came back as 1 paragragh. I hope my pseudo-tab isn't confusing. Let me try this again...

Re: mean street intro
That was excellent! I had the opening tap thing down pretty well but the second part (the rampage of pull offs and tapped harmonics) escapes me.
Could you please post some kind of tab for that? You've got it down perfectly man!
