Picking Warmup

Ok heres an excercise i use to warmup . it's a c major scale in thirds .. prolly quite simple for you monsters out there! but i find this really helps my picking hand get going in the morning

i've included 2 patterns one that starts on the E string and one that starts on the A string ..

once you know these back to front throw them around the neck and learn in all keys ! hehe i've included a quick mp3 on my steel string to show what i mean .

if you need a little more of a strain on your picking hand pick each note twice like i've done in my example enjoy !

I think it's something eric has enabled as they are currently slowing the thread viewing down at the moment.
