I used this, since this first came out and still use it today.. its execellent - the 10 hour workout is crazy, the 30 is scary..

No one should do "workouts" unless they are a jock or want to cheet on their wives. Are we talking good old guitar playin' here or what?.

you do "workouts" if you want your playing/technique/understanding of the instrument to get better . theres no way i would've learnt how to play jazz (half assed mind you) if i hadn't sat down and done some "workouts" scales etc and understood how they work
