There are quads in eruption!guys there are quads in eruption, check out www.jfrocks.com
hes got a detailed lesson along with the tab which shows it in quads.. and he also says that quads is the only and best way to play it. |

Re: There are quads in eruption!Well, I'm not gonna say the guy is wrong but I've played the tapping bit since 1980 and nobody EVER listened and said, 'You know Chris, you should make that into quads'.I reckon it would make it much more difficult than it already is and it has a distinct 3 note feel as in dah-dah-dah. You'll also see that one of the notes is in brackets...I'm not one for tab but is this a 'ghost' note? I've attached my version from the studio. It's NOT the best version I ever did but you hear the tapping section. Just to complicate things further, I've always played it on the G and not the B...cos I want to![img]images/smilies/icon_lol.gif[/img] I'm just happy to be playing something 95% there and I don't feel the need to be doing the exact same thing but if you feel that it's gotta be 100%, follow his guide[img]images/smilies/dunno.gif[/img]
