And now for something completely different: a positive comment.

Man, good luck with the site. I wish I had more time but I'm swamped. I'm a Mac guy, but don't have Logic. I know a few things about Garage Band (the one I use) but do not consider myself an expert.

I'll check the site out ater.

Thanks, CC. We are sorely lacking in the Mac department and any contributions, no matter how small you may think them, could be a great value to someone. I plan on buying a powerbook because I like Jaguar but I am a tried and true PC guy

You know, I was just reading through this thread and it was nice to read all the sincere well-wishing and great comments but I am a bit baffled as to how/why it sort of got hijacked. Some people man...

It does look a great site, stingx. I am sure it will be a wealth of knowledge and hope I find the time to invest in it in order to improve my own recordings.

As for the hijacking, you've been around here long enough to know that it's just what some people do mate, unfortunately...

Sorry if I hijacked your thread sting. I thought everyone was joking with regard to that whole not making mistakes thing. It sure seemed that way to me but I am an idiot. I had no idea. I was trying to be helpful with regard to the 777 perm thing; it /is/ my opinion that it isn't a good idea to do that but I didn't mean to offend - maybe I chose the wrong words and I seemed aggressive.

Phil, I was joking about your email. It wasn't helpful. Had I been able to help I certainly would have. I shouldn't have said anything.

It was not my intention to take over anyone's thread; I was just interacting. Obviously I overstepped bounds.

I was playin too man - with my little "Im almost perfect" quip. I think things can get out of hand quick on bulletin boards since there are no facial or vocal cues to re-inforce what is being said online. Had someone heard you say what you did, I am sure there would have been no doubt that it was just joking around.
