Another Boring Day - Guitars101

at work. Once again, I am sitting here, listening to music, reading this forum, and fanning my balls. Anyone else bored at work today? It's a long one too...got in at 7am and will be trapped here til 7pm cuz I have changes to make on the servers and EMC that have to wait til the users are off

My job gets boring too, I'm a graphics designer and sit behind a computer all day. It's either very busy or painfully slow! Today is slow and I'm surfing the internet and GT101 alot.

We had a company dinner at lunch today with fried cat fish, boiled jumbo shrimp and sausage so I'm totally stuffed and can't move anyways.

Bored here too, I'm a 3D animator, and I have a lot of renders to output today, so it's a lot of staring at the screen, and babysitting the boxes. Thank god for G101 to break up the monotny.

I guess on days like that it´s frustrating not doing anything worthwhile,..Me off work this week, back on monday, and some times I´d like to have your "problem", but it never gets to happen

I am pretty busy but it's the day before my vacation so I have to wrap things up then I am gone for a week

BTW I just rebooted the server, more to just maintain things.

I know that. Sitting at the office, behind a computer fixing all kinds of problems. Sometimes it gets pretty boring.

Especially when you think that all you want to do is just playing guitar.

Fanning, pulling, scatching, and licking. I might adjust them later. I have to watch out though because if I play with them too much my arm starts hurting. To much wanking gave me RSI.

Had a meeting earlier where we talked about what we would be talking about in a month. I might sniff some trafic generated by McAfee clients later so I know what websites to let through for updates but that changes every ten minutes anyway so it is really an exercize in futility. I think that is about the only thing I actually have to do today. My linux server failed to back itself up this morning and that interested me for about 5 minutes...that was 3 hours ago.

Oh boy! Now I get to install SQL Personall Ed. so I can play with it in a week when the software I have to integrate into the network finally arrives.

I was really busy this week getting our new backup solution up and running but I'm not doing squat now but waiting for my 8 hours to tick away. I'm surfing the web and reading the manual for my GNX 4. Don't Panic Sting, I still have my POD XT too.
