LOL...I just got a kick out of the title of this thread.
I too have Comcast Digital Cable, and the tech support SUCKS!! The TV worked fine, but it took weeks to get the cable modem to work, because they ONLY support Windows. We have a Windows-free household. I have a Mac, and my sister runs Mozilla on Linux. Comcast doesn't even support the Mozilla browser for Windows. We basically had to figure out how to set it up ourselves. My sister is a hacker, and it still took her 2 weeks. Thanks for the nonexistent tech support, guys!
