Comcast sucks donkey dick

Ever since Saturday evening my connection to secured servers has been fubar'd. Jjust came back about an hour ago... I could read posts, but can't respond, and there were a couple of doozies just begging for it [img]images/smilies/icon_mrgreen.gif[/img] I could receive email but not send, couldn't log into my bank account or EBay or any other dedicated secured site.

I called Comcast 4 times to get the issue resolved, and each time the support guys kept asking to check my internet settings, even after I told them my neighbor down the street was having the same problems. I tell you what, Comcast must be staffed with the friggi'n Earthlink support because next to Comcast, Earthlink was bottom of the barrel support rejects. [img]images/smilies/icon_mad.gif[/img]

Unfortunately these companies often hire people who have little or no experience and try to pay them very cheap wages and they learn on the job. Same reason I hated calling Dell or Microsoft - I nearly always new WAY more than the person attempting to help me.
