Thanks for the links Terry, good to see Dave is still at it. He's coming to Portand (or has) and I was considering seeing him but decided that I don't want to make the drive into town.

I had a buddy from Portland who played with Fall from Grace.

That name sounds familiar but I can't put my finger on it.

You know I had the opportunity to audition for The Daddies in Eugene about 10 years ago, they are huge here in Oregon. I showed up with my axe that was signed by evh (posted here somewhere) and a marshall, I think that was the fist thing I had going against me.

There songs are very progressive so I told them I would learn one or two and then show up, I got there and jammed with Steve Perry (the lead singer) for a while and had a good time although I was a little nervous. They ended up choosing some other dude that played a gibson and was sort of hippi(ish) and more fitting to them. They did call me back though, they said that I could play the parts but wasn't really one of them, I was cool with that.
