Do you smoke???
I'm a 2 1/2 pack a day puffer.
Sometimes more if I'm on the road.
So...who does what? Have ya ever tried to quit? Are ya trying to quit now...or soon? Or do ya love it and won't quit till they hook up your iron lung and even then may still grab a drag here and there?

The first time I used the patch, it was a big help, I was still able
to go out to party with friends an not crave them.

sixteen, buying cigs at like a penny each, make it 1 a day, 6 or seven on weekends, you know your not a man to those chicks if you donīt do it,..seventeen through eighteen, more or less the same, but double the numbers, college, up to twentythree or so, go get your daily pack, make it for partying or for glueing them elbows for studying. Finish your studies and here comes making real doe which never comes without stress, (unless you win the lottery of course), and, voalā, two packs a day.

Started when I was 14, and was up to about 1 1/2 packs a day when I quit at 22.
I got lucky, I quit cold turkey and had no cravings at all. No shakes or withdrawls or anything else.
Guess my subconscious really wanted to quit.
This Christmas will be 13 years smoke free!

More or less the same way here, 2 and a half packs a day, and although I still move a lot my ass doing sports, it sure is starting to take its toke. As I said in the other thread, lets get rid of it, NOW, (well we still got some twenty days left, ) I have a whole lot to whine bout it, but Iīll wait a little,..

Smokes Anyone?
Oh yeah: Been a two pack a day for 20 years. Tried quitting using the patch and vomited(guess cause I smoked too!!)
I am addicted big time. When I play I lite up, put in in the headstock and burn 10 up getting only a puff or two between songs.
The more I drink, the more I smoke(it's kinda like taking a poop and a pee at the same time-it's just a given).
I guess when they dig the 6 foot hole for me, I won't smoke anymore. Until then, it's huff and puff.
