We can't access any mail sites for fear of emailing code outside of the company. Of course FTP is still available, go figure... Other than external email, and probably www.bangamidget.com, I have most other access.

Well, ..... yeah.  It does suck! LOL
I was used to being behind a desk when I started posting on message boards and posting at will, and now being on a sales floor all day bites ass. 
We have DSL on 3 computers at work, but they monitor everything we do, and I'm not taking any chances. 
So unless I have a day off, I'm relegated to posting first thing in the morning before I leave for work, or in the evening when it seems like everybody is lurking and waiting for the other guy to post.

The only thing that I cannot do....is accept large emails (ie: Music Files). Ya know, like when my buds try and email me some funkadelics and they get a "Fahgetitabout" return message from my server.

i'm the opposite of most. i am on here only when i'm at work and hardly ever when i'm at home. i have a homer simpson controllroom job for a power company. i have 12 monitors in front of me that monitor equipment and a pc with a t1 line for my personal use. its firewalled pretty heavy so no porn etc and they can monitor your activity but they don't have a problem with sites like this. so here i am

I can't listen to the radio. I love listening to ABS but I can't. It is understandable though, there is this program the sales guys use to show our product to people around the world that takes massive bandwidth use. But I can browse and such...watchguard "protected" though so it won't let you anywhere near a gun or titty unless of course it doesn't know about it.

I guess I´m a little "old school workaddict". Full access at work on the web,(I´m the only one who would monitor myself,  ) but I barely ever use it over there for anything other than issues related with work, of course on the other hand here at my home PC I don´t have any office package installed, nor any programs related to things at work, this one is only for pure leisure and fun,
