Please post your comments here after it.
Also tell JP to grow his hair out again. Me wife thinks he's cute since she saw him on the G3 tour last year and we just can't have that...!

I thought Terry mentioned meeting their keyboard player in the lounge here at the Hilton last night Would be a long trip in a short time for him if that's the case.

Re: DREAM THEATER GIG TONIGHT!!!! :jam:
CC, they were fucking AWESOME. 3 and a 1/4 hours! They started as I thought they would with 'Take Me As I Am' and from the new album they also played a stunning version of 'In The Name Of God','Endless Scrifice' and 'This Dying Soul'. We also got Erotomania - Voices - The Silent Man, Caught In A Web, Trial Of Tears, Finally Free (from SFAM), Metropolis, The Great Debate (from SDOIT), Take The Time and Another Day (from I & W) and SHOCK HORROR...NO 'Pull Me Under'! But they did 'Death On Two Legs' from Queens A Night at the Opera which was bloody awesome. The playing was out of this world (when is it not) and Portnoy played out of his skin-easily the best I've seen him drum (I've seem em 5 tiimes now). Just over 3 hours with a 15 minute interlude. My faves were definitely One Last Time, Voices, Metropolis and In The Name of God which I think is going to end up as the new show stopper. It's funny when they come out for an encore and chose a 21 minute song! You know you're getting value for money! Simply amazing.

Yea, I saw DT a couple of years ago, and they stole the show. It was Kings X, DT, and Satch. DT played for several hours. Fucking incredible!

He might have meant Derek Sherinian who was the previous keys player? He's played with Alice Cooper and also did Planet X with Virgil Donaty and Tony Macalpine?
