Ebay Fraud email alert

I don't know where this should really be posted so I'll let the Mods move it where they like, I got this in my email and was highly suspicious, I forwarded it to ebay security dept and it was confirmed it was a fraud, if you get this in your email *do not* fill it out.

yeah I got something like that to acouple of weeks back and contact ebay about they said the same thing so if anybody has account with Ebay be very careful contact them first before senting any info.. [img]images/smilies/smile.gif[/img]

I get those all the time. They are definitely not legit so don't EVER give up any info. Ebay never asks for any personal information via email.

Just got this and remembered this thread...cheers guys-was filling it in as well before I remembered!
