EBay VeRo is Fucking Flawed

I had several auctions going, and they were all closed by a particular company claiming rights on my stuff. Spotlight Music, Inc., also known as EBay user livewired777, have been shutting down mine and several other auctions to eliminate the competition. Turns out that Spotlight Music, Inc. does not exist in any shape and is another seller on EBay, and even though EBay promises that "under penalty of perjury" the rights are owned by the company, they haven't done anything to investigate as of yet. Furthermore, EBay failed to verify this person;s claim to rights, and obviously let's anyone claim whatever they want. I have sent several emails, and received responses that everything is OK and my auctions were unaffected, however my auctions are still not up after about a week. I have called their customer support at 800-322-9266 several times only to talk to some bafoon that hardly speaks English and doesn't understand what the problem is, and still no luck. As it currently stands you can claim ownership rights to anything, kill everyone esle's auctions to eliminate the competetion, and sell on EBay becuase EBay doesn't seem to give a fuck that their own VeRo progam sucks donkey dick and is being used illegally according to EBay's very own policies.

what is it they claim to own the right of if i may ask?
i went to look what they sell and it is just t-shirts, some posters, a dvd or two and some misc. crap.
I dont sell much anymore, ebay(and paypal) is just not the same anymore. it has gotten too big and they just can't (or won't) inforce or watch things anymore.
And people have come up with some many damn ways to scam you it is rediculous. I have only had one bad transaction a while back and thinkfully i still have prefect feedback.

EJ - Contact Greedbay and get a counter notice form. Fill it out and fax or email it back to ebay. This will challenge the VERO member's claim. They will have 12 days(i think 12 days) to produce a court order stating that you cannot list your items. If they do not produce this court order, you are free to list.
