Edward Morris Defense Requests Psychiatric Exam

I am not sure how many of you heard of Edward Morris but he killed his family here in Oregon, we are really making a name for ourselves aren't we? They are claiming that he is not fit for trial. This of course begs the question whether or not he checked to see if his family was fit before murdering them. Hmm.. I just fucking wonder.

For fucks sake man put the bastard out of his misery and save the state some money, we are poor anyway. Just a little shot and he's done. I am goddamned tired of paying taxes to defend worthless chickenshit mother fuckers like this piece of shit asshole [img]images/smilies/icon_mad.gif[/img]

Well now thats a pretty stong opinion. But I do have to say that I totally agree with you, except that he still has the right to trial by jury and He probably does need a shrink. Look at what he's done. The thing that really bothers me is, that people like this don't always get the death penalty, even though we know they really deserve it and really should have gotten it. Most of the time this is done that person really doesn't want to be subjected to what he's done to someone else(the event of death). When they classify a person to be incapable to stand trial, they lock them up in the looney bin. This IS a waste of our tax dollars. A very good point Eric.

you people have no fucking clue how much i hate you, you don't even know who he was or what kind of person he was befor all that, all you see is more tax dollars being waisted well hes still a person he still diserves to live even if he went crazy he needs help more then anythign else... i hate how much i run into people just saying whatever about this yeah i know you have your right to say whatever i guess i just have issues since he is related to me... just think about his family memebers that have to deal with all this think about anyones family befor you start spouting off about killing soem one just cus you dont want your tax money going to pay for thier trials... i dunno i guess im just mad still, it kinda sucks to run into people talking about the whole mess, i do realize most of this was taken care of in 2002 but its 2008 and we the family are still having to deal with this so be a bit more gental next tiem you wana complain.
