I think all you're supposed to need is a divx codec. You can get it at divx.com I think. Otherwise just google a bit.
It you have one it's probably just the page that is a bit tricky. Try again later.

I got Divx. Tried with both Firefox and IE....Still doesnt work.

My issue was impatience, I finally left the browser minimized and went on about my work and it finally loaded after 10 minutes.
