Ice age in Europe
I was watching the science channel last night and all you guys over seas are gonna get it. The gulf stream apparently runs like a loop, circulating it's warm water like a huge circle, when it reaches it's destination it's forced down by salt water and pushes it's way back.
What they are saying is that the fresh water that comes in from Siberia and all the melting ice caps are forcing too much fresh water into it, hence cutting off the gulf streams ability to force the warm water down.
Once the gulf streams belt is is cutoff they say it will change the weather, literally overnight and turn things into an instant cold winter. They say it all stems from global warming and it will affect the entire planet but mostly europe will get the direct affects.
