Im about to make my world famous cheesecake.. I only make it about once every year or two. It is about time for one now

I'll post up a pick when its done so you guys can wish you had a cheesecake to eat

Dammit, I want cheesecake, one of my favs. Yesterday I made a Strawberry Chiffon Pie, It took all day! Glad I started early, then when your finished, it has to set overnight for 8 hours. But it's worth it.

I wont be eating my cheesecake today

I cook mine for 4 hours then it needs to refrigerate for at least 8 hours. (its 1:40pm right now)
