Well, I didn't really see just figure based on what I see happen. Closing the top like that wouldn't load the gun unless there was a clip in it. Watching again though there is a chance where you have a closeup of the gun and the handle is exposed. It does look like there is a clip in it...I see a little lump comming out the bottom of the handle.
What an idiot though. You always act like a gun is loaded, even when you know it is not. He could have killed one of those kids so easily. Those are the guys that bust down your door looking for drugs...I feel safe.
