This was obviously somewhere outside of the United States. For one thing the license plate is too wide. But more specifically, American law enforcement is not allowed to be that aggressive in their methods of pulling someone over. What was that gun thing they were shooting at him with? I agree though, this is pretty insane....almost like a hollywood stunt scene.

Cops in the States are allowed to be aggressive but it just depends on the surrounding situations. They might not be able to jump into cars however they can use force with their cars. Cool video though!
