My new board!
Hey folks, well I've finally got my own board up and running, although there's still plenty of tweaking yet to be done. It's a fan message board for the band Soul Sirkus, who IMO are one of the best acts in the game right now. I even like them better then Velvet Revolver, but that's just my personal opinion.
So I've started this board because I was just touched by the band's music, and the live experience was just flat out amazing. If you haven't heard of these guys I suggest you check them out at their main site www.soulsirkus.com and enter the SoulSounds room. Neal Schon is just flat out on fire, and it's fun to hear great melodic rock music with kick ass solo's. Virgil Donati, Marco Mendoza and Jeff Scott Soto round out the line up, and all of them can bring it with the best of em.
My site is here www.soulsirkus.net so I hope to see some of you guys around there.
Continue to support real music!

Far as I’m concerned, Eddie’s the complete package. Technique aside, his rhythm playing, feel, songwriting, tone, riffs, leads, man, it’s all there. It’s like the best-tasting beer you ever drank in your life! ~Zakk Wylde

Thanks for this,I'm quickly becoming a big fan of Schon's playing.
So I'll add this to the list of cd's I need to pickup.

Neal Schon is a huge influence on me. I love all the Journey stuff, the Hardline album, his solo stuff, The Bad English stuff and this album kicks ass too. In my opinion Neal Schon has never done anything bad. Not many other artists can say that.

I'd agree with that Phil.
I've never heard the Bad English stuff, but I ordered their two cd's and they're being delivered today, so I'm anxious to check that stuff out.
I was sorta into Neal, but it wasn't until I heard the Soul Sirkus stuff that I became instantly hooked. Now I'm buying his solo stuff, Journey, Bad English, HSAS, etc.
Neal is the man.

Wouldn't be the first band to come along with a dumb name, but I kinda like it, or just choose to ignore it cause the music is so good.

Never a truer word mate. Just listening to some of the stuff on the site Sucka has done and 'Soul Goes On' sticks out as an epic. Great stuff.
