On line security with Windows ?

Hi there,

Wondering if this might jog people's memories...

I stumbled across an online guide with tips for being secure online.

It covered:
  1. A check for how safe your system currently is
  2. Recommendation to use Firefox
  3. Recommendation to use a firewall -> zonealarm was suggested
  4. Recommendation to use anti spyware
  5. Recommendation to install and use spyware guard
  6. Recommendation to install and use spyware blaster
  7. Recommendation to use an anti virus program
I followed the tips in this guide. However, it was a while ago, and I wondered if it had been updated, but I can't find the address anymore.

Was wondering if you guys might have stumbled across it and can post a link if so ?
