Ozzfest Anyone? - Guitars101

So, is anyone here planning of going this year. With the whole free tickets thing I would imagine that would encourage more people to show up this year. This years lineup isnt too great, but there are a few really good acts, most notably the Egyptian influenced Nile and the Polish blacked-death metal band Behemoth. Lamb of God is also pretty decent, and of course Ozzy will be there. Theres also more contemperory bands like Nick Oliveri and the Mondo Generator and Static X.

Im going next week to the show in Mountian View, really just only for for Nile, Behemoth, and Ozzy. I was just courious if anyone else was planning on going as well.

I wouldn't personally call Static-X contemporary but whatever lol Unfortunately I will not be going to Ozzfest because I live in Britain!

Nevermind I can always try and get to Donington next year!!

I went to the Ozzfest In Devore at Glen Helen and i thought it was pretty badass. Lordi was pretty lame in my opinion. Im not into Static-X but the riots during their set was what made it even better of a show. Lamb of God was brutal. I sneaked from the lawn all the way to near the front of the stage to see them. Ozzy kicked major ass! Zakk Wylde fell down on Paranoid and unplugged his guitar. All in all it was a badass Ozzfest night.

Oh man...

Yeah I went to the show in Mountian View. I'm too am not really into Static-X or Lordi either. Both Nile and Behemoth were great though, and Ozzy... oh my god was amazing. I thought it was a great show and surprisingly Ozzy was much better then I expected.

Going August28th in Charlotte N.C.!! Since it is free though I probably won't go for the whole show...But I will try and sneak my way to the front to see Ozzy!!!!

Hahaha i did the trick that they tried to do in that show That 70's Show and it worked fine for me and my friends. You know what im talking about?

Well, personally I don't watch that show, so I have no clue what your talking about. Just out of curiosity though, what did you do?

Ok what i did is got someone to let me borrow their floor ticket and walk in with their friend and then once im in i gave the person i walked in with their buddys ticket and i walk away to a seat and that guy went and got his buddy. Except at ozzfest two of my friends already had seat tickets so we did it with those.
