how do YOU upload pictures from your picture phones to your computer
costs? etc

I have a Nokia 6230. I bought a DKU-2 cable from e-bay. Connects to the pop port of the phone, and then to the USB on the computer. Then I use Nokia PC Suite to transfer lots of crap too and forth, beit mp3s, pictures, movies, appointments, etc., etc., etc.

You can also trnsfer using bluetooth if you get a blutooth device for your P.C. However, I have never done this. I expect that it is easier, and less hassle, but for £10, the cable is good enough for me. I am patient enough to put up with that transfer.
