I feel for ya man!
The wife and I had a very rough patch several years back and in all honesty, it's what got me back into playing the guitar. For me playing and listening to music really helped....in any of the tough times really. It always helps to have a constructive outlet to channel your emotions into. It can really help pull you through some dark times, IMO.
And of course.....If you got friends and/or family to lean on....by all means seek'em out and allow them to be there for ya. Cause you know that's what they'd want to do. Don't make the mistake of thinking your alone in it all and shutting yourself off from those out there who are wanting to help out.

It'll get better dude...just hang in there and stay strong.

Don

Jeez man. There's no advice you'll want to hear as it's a very difficult time. I'm a big believer that if it's come to the point where you had to break up, then it's time to move on. But that's just my opinion, as I never believe in going back.

However, like I say, these are not words you want to hear, and I don't think having to read it in black and white is the best way to have this conversation either.

Time is what you are going to need, whatever road or roads lie ahead for you both. That and lots of friends to talk to.

We're all here for ya man, but I think you need someone to pjysically listen to and talk to, rather than doing it this way mate.

Good luck !

hang in there man...try to think clearly...your guitar is your emotional outlet...plug her in and blast out some blues...things will look better in a few days...right now...when it's fresh in your mind it'll seem like the end of the world...trust me...it's not...we've all been there...so you're in good company...peace brother...we're here for you...

My friend this is going to sound very insensitive but I must say it...my best advice is to just move on! If it is meant to be then it will be, baring you went out and cheated on her. If it was the other way around you are much better off! I have only been dumped once and it sucked and I harped and harped on it (2 years of dating) I wanted it back so bad I went overboard....won her back and wasted more time of my life. Now I am married to the best chick in the world!!! It will all work out in the end and in a bit of time you will get back to normal More advice....start playing a lot of guitar and expressing yourself in words on paper....that is a great vent for your emotions!!! If you need anything PM me bud! and good luck!

Just remember... it's not the end of the world. You might feel like shit now but time heals all wounds and things happen for a reason. What that reason is, nobody knows right now... but it will all be clear later on. It may show you guys how much you care for and need each other and actually strengthen the relationship (that's what happened to my wife and I)... or maybe to realize that things weren't working out and you both need to move on. Only time will tell. Take care dude

My advice to you is to stop crying before I come over and give you a beating.
