Well...2 is about my limit. Now, Jack, Gin, Vodka...etc....has no effect on my blood sugar...so I just crank on that. I was never much on beer anyway. I have always drank JACK. |

Nothing wrong with Jack...Now i see why you drink jack and diet coke sometimes! I usually drink Vodka and gin in the winter. It get's so hot here in the summer Its all beer...lol Drinking beer can put the weight on ya!!! |

Oh Janelle, have you never had it? Its the best drink on a hot summer night...the only trouble is....they taste so good, ya can't stop drinking them!! 
even better...toss in a scoop of vanilla ice cream and lop it all into the blender...yum yum!! |
