The Never Ending Story - Guitars101

Ok here's an old idea from my RBBS Sysop days that can be kind of fun. It's the Never Ending Story. I'll start it off. What you do is add to the story, anything you want - but try and stick to with whats going on in the story. Sometimes it can be kind of fun how the story turns out. Any questions? It's pretty straight forward. So, I'll start it off.

The Never Ending Story

Once upon a time there was a young boy named Bob, he was born in a medium sized town. He grew up listening to music, and he couldn't get enough. He dreamed of becoming a guitar player in a band. So when he was a mere 13 years old, he started jamming with some friends from school. They played in the basement of Bob's house. Then it came time to think of a name for Bob's new band. So Bob and his bandmates started to think of names for thier new band. The first name they came up with was . . . . .

...the "Poor Boys" because they barley had enough money to pay for thier guitar strings. Then Bob thought of the name "The Green Jello Molds" because of his love for the wiggley desert. Another name Bob thought of was . . . .

"Faking the Picturesque"...when he suggested this to the other Members of the band they kicked him out for trying to restart the New Romantic movement. Bob was pretty cut up about the whole episode so on the way home he decided to trade in his guitar for a lottery ticket. The following week all six numbers came up netting him around $12,000,000! He spent his first million on guitar strings and re-auditioned for the band.

Needless to say the guys let him back in due to the fact they only had one bass string left between them, and it was getting a little crowded round that Bass. With the remaining $11,000,000 they....

. . . all went on a trip out to New York City. And while they were walking to Central Park, Bob got mugged by a Street Person. While Bob was being mugged, he realized he had a can of Mace in his pocket, so he took out the can of mace and . . .

accidentally shot himself with the mace in the eye! After he threw the mace on the ground the mugger slipped on the can of mace busting his head open. A cop on a horse rode up and said.............
