The first track from Steve Vai's new album, weird tapping stuff.
I use it cuz it sounds cool as a ringtone as it's instantly into rock guitarness without having to wait for the song to kick in unlike other tunes, and because it pisses the whole office off when it goes off cuz they're all into "charty" stuff.
I was well impressed when someone from my office asked if it was one of my tunes....
I've also had Eruption, Mean Street, Panama and Beautiful Girls before now !

Are you guys not able to use mp3s as your ringtones out there ?
Just asking, because it was the best thing to happen to the phone as far as I am concerned. No paying silly fees anymore for me. Just pop whatever mp3 I want to use onto my phone now (with 1Gb MMC card) and away you go with the true song rather than a midi file or polyphonic ringtone...

I never understood the obsession. I always snicker when I hear some phone go off on some tangent like playing a song or something...or the slide flute Cell phones are annoying enough without all the aweful noises people set them up to make. You do realize people laugh at you behind your back when you have an abnoxious ring tone like a rock song or something...?

I'm thinkin I could give a rats ass what someone else thinks. I'm very considerate about my cell phone but to me ringtones are another way of expressing yourself. |
