Hey guys, sorry to be so out of pocket of late - I've been traveling like a mother for work lately. I am logged onto jamtothis and seeding and leeching as we speak. I'm doing it on my wife's computer and she's not to keen on the idea, but I think I have her warmed up to the idea on the Cds, it's just the 5 Gig shows she has a problem with!!! Those aren't the full filez bro. Sorry to break the bad news to ya, but the stats in Bit Tornado are right. I left one of my tempormental work computers to seed that, and I think it got booted offline, cuz nobody can connect to that one.

When you start a torrent, it creates "shell files"... the names and structure for the torrent are there, but if you r-click and look at the properties...they'll all be 0kb... no data.

Sorry to disappoint, but I probably won't have that one seeded till monday. If you'd like, check out the US Festival 3CD Set... It's moving along very nicely, and it'll be getting much better today. We're up to 4 seeds, and we'll have 6 before long [img]images/smilies/icon_thumb.gif[/img]

I know it to an extent i'm not a guru of any sort with it. I've used it a few times to download stuff and that's about it. Most of the stuff I learned about it came from the FAQ I posted a link to earlier and just playing around in it.

I have no idea who Paul Westerberg is, I thought it was somebody's accountant, lol.

Hey bro... got Azureus installed and it's been seeding that US Festival boot for about an hour now. Seems faster than Bit Tornado... also seems to be incredibly easy to use. I'm definately going to recommend that people consider trying this program first. I'll also throw up a quick tutorial...just what's necessary to get downloading or seeding.

How to re-seed ...

Go to the thread where you originally downloaded the torrent. Click on it to download it again. Save to the SAME LOCATION (Desktop, if you went with my earlier recommendation). BT will then verify all of the existing data, your tray icon will turn bright white, and you will re-seed the torrent.
