EVH Solo at awards show

All I know of this is that Ed is at some live awards show playing a solo accompanied by other musicians. Time?? Place?? I'm betting some of you guys know and have probably seen this clip before. Sorry if it's old news.

Ed starts out playing a slow heavy delayed tap thing and then starts rockin' out.

Don't know where it's from but that looks like Tony Levin on bass and that's Jan Hamer on keys.

That's the Les Paul tribute from 1988 with Jan Hammer on the synth.

Yep, the Les Paul Tribute, you can see him stand up at the end of the video, when they pan to the audience. The David Gilmour segment on that video is great too, not to mention Les's own playing. Do you know where you can get a copy of that show? I had a copy made by a friend, but my son recorded Starship Troopers over it.
