vh resurrected is on a distinguished road

Sorry if this is common knowledge or somewhere on the site already... I came acrossa track that was attributed to VH as a "Rare B-Side from the 1984 Sessions." It's called "Fresh." Has anyone heard this and is it actually Van Halen? I'd post it, but I don't have a server to put the file on. I can e-mail it to someone if you want to hear/post it.
