How do you rip the sound from a video file? I have a Real file format with Gary singing DREAMS in 98, I would love to have that in mp3 format. Also, the Won't Get Fooled Again with Sammy in 93. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

The guy to talk too about this would be VanMan2000. He's doing the same thing with some of his video files, so I'm sure he could help. I'd also like to know how to do this because I have to have atleast 20 VH boots on video that I'd love to put up here.

If you get them on the computer, you can use Cool Edit Pro to extract audio only. Right up there in the File menu.

You will need a video capture device (video card) they all come with audio in.

I always find what I'm looking for here. I made a DVD with a Tokyo vid and a Balance in Canada vid that I had. There are lots of tutorials there and even links to the tools you need. A very good site. Hope this helps.
