It was from the USA 1992 bootleg and was again repackaged in OZ as a part of the Bootleg series here.

I have originals of both of these... there is one track difference. Made me so angry. I got one, and found out that Got The Miracle Fingers had the extra track, and had to search EVERYWHERE for it. Now I scowl anytime I see OWTR Vol 2.
