I believe this tour was a watershed for the band as I feel they had to convince a divided fan base that the incarnation with Hagar woud work. The raw, energtic approach the band adopted was eagerly embraced, and to some it was great to actually hear the lyrics sung well, and the rest is history. With every year now Sammy becomes more ingrained into the listening publics pyche and now even more "Dave Who"" becomes a genuine question rather than an insult. That's my 2c worth anyhow. Hope all are well. Peace to you all this weekend.
