Well I think it's kind of hard to judge on that short of a clip, I'll reserve my judgement until there is more footage.

well ill give him the benifit of the doubt considering what your hearing has been taken out of context. But as is, lol..do i really need to say how bad it is..lol.

By seeing the row of knobs , my guess its a 5150 with a customized cover....if he was in works on a new amp, believe me, we would have known about it by now$$$

It's quite evident that he hasn't been playing much lately. Van Halen is my favorite band and I cringed when listening to that. Hopefully, it was just a crappy recording. It seems like he's more interested in selling products (new Charvel guitars, and MXR pedals) lately.
