VH Newcastle England 5-21-78 FLAC
Ok I thought I would share another flac show with you guys, there is a lot of debate to wether or not this show is a soundboard or not, all I can say is all I know is it sounds great!!!  So here you go guys, here is VH from the first tour, opening up for Black Sabbath and blowing them off the stage, again as with the other flac show I shared please don't convert this to mp3, if you need the flac frontend or whatever to convert it there is a link to it in the Detroit Flac show I posted, this will be in 5 parts so enjoy everyone

I thought I remebered you saying you were at one of these shows Chris but I couldn't remember which one, I have all the shows from the 21-28 I think it is, they sound great too dude, people have their doubts to wether they are soundboards but they sure sound close enough for me, enjoy dude!!!

Hehe...the funniest thing is my mate who was a Black Sabbath fan when the night after! They were in another town by then! He waited for the coach for over an hour before he realised that he had gone a night late!
What's a FLAC file mate? I can't get 'em to play???

that is ****ING awesome! Got it working and I can even remeber the raps between songs! It's wierd cos I was also at one of the RUSH gigs that was recorded at Newcastle City Hall around the same time and that came out a few years ago as a triple album. Hearing the intro tape took me back like a magic carpet ride! Serious goosebump moment like this one Jimmy...love the fact he sticks the end of the 'Ice Cream Man' solo onto the end of 'Im The One'!!!!

Really appreciate it Jimmy. They were sooo good back then. Eddie..Eddie..Eddie.....how far we have fallen since 78. The show in Chicago blew me away.....I think Tony was rethinking his whole career at that moment. Ozzy just couldn't keep himself together for one moment, and those kids from LA were taking them out to the woodshed every night. Extremely entertaining tour tho. It was kind of like having a beat-up old 69 GTO with 106,000 miles on it in the garage.....and a brand new LS Corvette sitting in the driveway. Which choice do you make? The goat has the power, and on occasion can get up and go......but the Stingray...shiny and new, with a ten-ton reputation, preceding it, just leaving everything in it's dust. My favorite memory is looking around at all the jaws on the floor, of all the young guitar players in the audience....never forget that.
