March contest entry.
Here is my ballad entry for March,............WANTED.
I finished mixing this today, I wrote the music, lyrics and lyrical melody and had my friend sing it. I try to write lyrics that dont mean just one thing, like in this song when he says "wanted to love someone and I chose you"...... Is he psycho or did he fall in love???? I dont know, I only wrote it..... Enjoy.

ok...i'll go first...man...that's a pretty HEAVY sound for a ballad...it could be a grunge ballad i suppose...the fretwork is great...and the solo is killer...you play very well...i just think the members judging the entries will tend to vote for the girly-type ballads...but...hey...ya never know...good luck in the contest...

Thanks ya guys! I was thinking about taking the song and redoing the whole thing, like.. -the drums will not change, the guitars will be the same chord progression except no distortion and picked notes instead of strumed, and a solo guitar doing the same melody as the vocals -but no vocals.... can you picture it? It would sound like a ballad is expected to sound..... just a thought.

This sounds like something you would hear from the real Ozzy Osbourne. Cool song!

Cool song. I think the drums sound too "gay", i mean, hearing the riff, the lyrics voice (reminded me Alice in Chains) is evident you need a heavyer drums sound. Anyway, great job

Sorry to sidestep the reviews, but the comment about drums sounding "gay" is an amusing concept.

I don't know about the drums being gay but they are a little rudimentary I guess. But that doesn't detract from the tune - this is class and it is excellently played and performed. top stuff.

I like the fry drums, and the chunky guitar. Wierd how a slow tempo can be so fat. I like it.
