My song Butter Face
This is a tune I just finished a few weeks ago. My Plexi RI is cranked on this one and I recorded while standing directly in front of the cab. It was great!! This is an original and part of a project I am currently devoting most of my time to. It is a ton of fun. The song is kind of a cross between EVH and Jeff Beck tonally and features the phenominal drumming of Rikki Davenport. The dude is as good as it gets!! I do the rest of the noise.... http://www.soundclick.com/util/strea...mp;q=HiEnjoy!!

Re: My song Butter Face.... a contest submition
Great groove...& guitar playing !! You must like Frank Marino if you dig the music from the 70's...His 1978 "Live" album is dynamite...TRacks like "Dragonfly" & "The Answer are smokin'.....Great Work, Kevlar...

Re: My song Butter Face.... a contest submition
Hey Thanks!!
I am a 70s freak these days. I used to listen to Marino a ton, but it has been too long. I will have to dig it out. Trower, Beck, Holdsworth, VH are huge ones with me. To me the 70s sounds are the best, so much attitude!!!
BTW I just checked out your site, very cool!! I love the clips. I look forward to hearing more!

Re: My song Butter Face
Rols is right! Very Pat Travers and very good. Check out 'Makin' Magic'...it fuckin' rocks with a real good groove thruout, mainly due to Peter 'Mars' Cowling on the bass...oh and Iron maiden tub thumper Nico Macbrain also plays drums on it and there's a guest appearance by Thin Lizzy's Brian Robertson...SMOKIN' Good work fella.
