22 and 24 fret access?

Seems when I play a solo on a 25.5/22 fret guitar I have more room then when I play a 24 fret guitar. Because there is 24 frets doesnt the finger board become more cramped with 2 extra frets?

I think the fretboard becomes longer, not more cramped

Definitely more cramped as far as my fingers go. I really like 21 and 22 fret...the 21 fret strat neck makes you work hard at the top end.

i agree with wahwah , 21 is perfect for my fingers , 24 always seemed like too much to me and was more of a "look how long my cock is" kind of thing haha . its more a case of the frets getting so small that its harder to be precise , thats definately true with me . i also love how a 21 fret strat one peice maple neck looks

Not if you're Brian may... 24" scale with 24 frets... that's got to be tiny up there.
