Action help?

Hey guys I´ve been getting real muddy sound for a while now, I had my guitar a while back set with a low action but its intonated. How exactly do I lower the action without losing intonation really bad? I usually estimate on how much I turn the peg for each one but not sure what to try.

If your confident with how to set it up then you just gotta try it and sort out whatever goes wrong, but if your not sure take it to a shop and ask them to sort it for ya would be my suggestion.
